Understanding Generation Renewal Among Small-Scale and Large-Scale Fishers\u201c<\/strong> u uglednom me\u0111unarodnom \u010dasopisu Society &amp; Natural Resources, jednom od vode\u0107ih Q1 \u010dasopisa indeksiranih u Web of Science Core Collection (SSCI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rad analizira \u010dimbenike koji utje\u010du na odluke hrvatskih ribara o ostanku u ribarskoj profesiji ili njezinu napu\u0161tanju, s posebnim naglaskom na generacijsku obnovu u malom (small-scale fisheries \u2013 SSF) i velikom ribarstvu (large-scale fisheries \u2013 LSF). Autori primjenjuju teorijski okvir Pollnaca i Poggija, pro\u0161iren ekonomskim, okoli\u0161nim i institucionalnim varijablama, uklju\u010duju\u0107i povjerenje u regulativu. Rezultati pokazuju da su prihodi klju\u010dan \u010dimbenik u obje skupine ribara. Me\u0111utim, ribari u malom ribarstvu, uz ekonomske razloge, zna\u010dajno \u010de\u0161\u0107e isti\u010du samoaktualizaciju, okoli\u0161nu zabrinutost i povjerenje u institucije, dok su ribari u velikom ribarstvu ponajprije motivirani ekonomskim razlozima.
