The contemporary era is marked by rapid and intersecting political, economic, cultural, and environmental transformations, profoundly affecting the experiences and possibilities of youth and young adults. These shifts reshape transitions to adulthood, employment prospects, educational trajectories, and democratic participation. The ESA RN30 Mid-Term Conference 2025 aims to explore how young people navigate these challenges and act as agents of change within the shifting global landscape. The conference asks:
